How long does my order take to ship?

This pre-order ends on 04/20/2025. Orders will begin shipping out 05/2025 via USPS, not broomstick.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, shipping is only available to US witches. We are working on securing international partnership (while continuing to prioritize ethical sourcing). If you are based outside the US, please submit a request via our “CONTACT” form above letting us know where you are located, and we will do our best to serve the coven.

What is your return policy? 

No returns or exchanges. We’re good witches, so if there is a problem with your order, please reach out and we will do our best to make things right.
